At Diamond Faces LLC, we are committed to providing safe, ethical, and exceptional services in the beauty and self-care industry. The following policies are designed to protect our business, our clients, and ensure fairness and transparency in how we operate. By booking with us, you agree to all policies listed below.
 
1. Disclaimer for Services

The services and products provided by Diamond Faces LLC are not medical or dental procedures. Any statements made on this website, marketing materials, or third-party platforms have not been evaluated by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Dental Hygiene Association, nor any licensed medical or dental authority.

All services are for cosmetic enhancement and educational purposes only. We provide tools and guidance for achieving your most natural, healthy-looking smile and self-care results. Your results may vary based on individual oral hygiene, dietary habits, enamel health, and pre-existing conditions — all of which are reviewed during your consultation.

Diamond Faces LLC and its owner, Diamond, make no guarantees of specific results beyond your natural enhancement potential. We are not liable for misuse of products, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or withholding of relevant health information.
 
2. Waivers + Informed Consent

Before any service is performed, each client will be required to complete and sign a Service Waiver with a witness present. This waiver affirms the following:
•    You understand and acknowledge that Diamond, Owner of Diamond Faces LLC, is not a licensed medical or dental provider.
•    You affirm that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.
•    You accept full responsibility for any complications due to unshared medical conditions, medications, allergies, or oral sensitivity.
•    You understand that mild tooth or gum sensitivity is a possible side effect of teeth whitening and cosmetic enhancement services.
•    You agree to hold Diamond Faces LLC and its owner harmless in the event of such reactions.

All waivers are legally binding and must be completed before any services are rendered.
 
3. Deposits & Fees

Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. This ensures fair scheduling and respects our time and resources.

NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment.
 
4. Tardiness + Cancellation Policy

•   $20 Late Fee: Arriving late will result in an automatic late fee.
•    20-Minute Rule: If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled without refund of your deposit.
•    No grace period. No exceptions.
•    If I, Diamond, arrive more than 10 minutes late, $2 will be deducted from your total service as a courtesy.
•    If the appointment still proceeds despite lateness, the full balance and late fee must be paid in full before the service begins.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit deposits and may be blocked from future bookings.
 
5. Mobile + Travel Appointments

We offer mobile services for select areas and travel appointments by request:
•    Local Mobile Fee: Starts at $20+ for areas outside of the 757 (Hampton Roads, VA) region.
•    Out-of-State Clients: Travel + Incidental Fees start at $100, depending on your location.
•    All travel and mobile fees will be clearly discussed and agreed upon during your consultation.
•    Clarity is key: We believe in transparency to ensure mutual respect and convenience.
 
6. Fair Market Practices

Diamond Faces LLC proudly competes in the beauty industry with honesty, fairness, and integrity. We do not participate in price gouging, underhanded marketing, or false advertising. We operate with transparency and professionalism while maintaining an urban yet luxury aesthetic that reflects our clientele and culture.

We respect all practitioners in the self-care and beauty industry and expect our clients to treat us with the same professionalism.
